Free Door-Too-Door shipping service with 20-25 working days delivery time, for all orders except Express Delivery, which will be on your door step in 48hrs.

Due the Covid-19 restrictions and high demand on our products, it could take up to 10 business days before your parcel can be dispatched.

Golden Concept India does not provide any returns.
Return is only eligible when the product is damaged or defected but the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Take a picture of the product including the outer packaging. Send in your images to support@goldenconcept.in
It must also be in the original packaging. Customized products, gift cards and discounted Items are exempt from being returned.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
