1.1 Processing Time 

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 
  • You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

 

1.2 Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates 

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders. Estimated delivery time:10-12 business days. 
  • Expedited Shipping: ₹5000 flat rate. Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days. 
  • COD: Cash on delivery is not eligible.  

 

1.3 Order Tracking 

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. 
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

 

1.4 Shipping Restrictions 

  • We deliver to all locations within India. However, there may be some remote areas where delivery might take a bit longer.

  1. Return Eligibility 
  • Return or exchange is eligible only if the products are delivered to you in a physically damaged condition, has missing parts or accessories or a wrong order has been delivered 
  • Damaged/ defective items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date. 
  • Items must be in its unused, original condition, along with the original invoice/ sale receipt, brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return sent or communicated after the 15-day period or the return of any item which is not in the same condition as when received. 
  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. 
  • Items purchased during sale or during discounts/ offers are not eligible for returns.  

 

2.2 Return Process 

  • Incase of damage, to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@brdggroup.com with your order number and reason for the return. 
  • Our team will provide you with a return authorization and arrange for the pick up from the same address mentioned in the shipping details. 
  • It is imperative that your return passes the QC to become eligible for a refund or exchange. 

 

2.3 Refunds 

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 15 business days. 

 

2.4 Exchanges 

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. It must also be in the original packaging. Customized products and gift cards are exempt from being exchanged.

GOLDEN CONCEPT WARRANTY IS VALID FOR ONE (1) YEAR 

The products are manufactured to meet our high-quality standards. In addition, the products are also covered by our warranty against any manufacturing defects. To report a warranty issue, please contact customer service at support@brdggroup.com 

Note that Golden Concept warranty does not cover: 

(A) to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship. 

(B) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship. 

(C) to damage caused by use with a third-party component or product that does not meet the Golden Concept’s Product’s specifications. 

(D) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause. 

(E) to damage caused by operating the Product outside the user manual, the technical specifications or other published guidelines. 

(F) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Golden Concept or an Golden Concept authorized Service Provider (“AASP”). 

(G) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Product. 

(H) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the Product, or if the phone manufacturer receives information from relevant public authorities that the product has been stolen or if you are unable to deactivate passcode-enabled or other security measures designed to prevent unauthorized access to the Product, and you cannot prove in any way that you are the authorized user of the product (eg. by presenting proof of purchase). 

It is important that customers carefully examine the item when they have been received. If your item has been damaged during transport, you must report this as soon as possible to the customer service. If you discover that an item is damaged or does not match the item you ordered, you have to contact customer service within 15 days. Any complaints should be made to our customer service. Please provide us with your order number and the reason for your complaint and we will return with further instructions on returning the product. 
If a returned product has no fault, Golden Concept has the right to refuse the refund and charge a fee for transportation costs. If an item is to be replaced, this is done on a product of similar model or design. If a particular product is no longer in stock the customer has the right to be refunded. CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS OR DELIVERY DATE?

If you require an address change, we can assist you via email at support@brdggroup.com Kindly note, address and shipment date changes may not be processed if the package has already been shipped out or if the transaction payment method was via PayPal. MY CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION

In some cases your payment may have been unsuccessful. Even though you’ll see a pending payment, that pending status will be returned back few days after. The number of days to remove the pending status depends on your bank policies.

I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Our goal is to deliver the correct products but due to high volume of orders, mistakes could happen during the processing of your shipment. We use genuine Swarovski Zirconia crystals on our watch cases. In our exclusive limited edition watch cases, diamonds are also used in the frame.

Leather straps are made of 100% calf leather. Metal straps are made of stainless steel. Rubber straps are made of synthetic rubber.

CAN YOU ADJUST MY STRAP?

Instructions are available in the booklet which you receive in the box. However, if you need assistance adjusting your strap, you can visit your local watch repair shop or contact us via email for further assistance.

HOW SHOULD I LOOK AFTER MY WATCH CASE?

As this is a high end product, we recommend cautious care of the watch cases in order to avoid discoloration, damage and scratches. We recommend occasional cleaning of the inside of the frame to avoid build up which could potentially affect the functionality of the case.

WILL MY APPLE WATCH WARRANTY BE VOIDED?

Your Apple Watch warranty is not affected by the watch case. Your Apple watch warranty will still be valid as no physical changes are made to the Apple watch itself.

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?

CAN I WASH MY STRAPS?

Leather Straps – We do not recommend you to wash the leather straps. Exposure to water can dry the leather and possibly cause damage. However, a local watchmaker or watch retailer may have cleaning products specifically designed for leather. Leather cleaning products are most suitable for cleaning a leather strap. Rubber Straps - We recommend delicately washing the rubber straps with liquid soap and lukewarm water occasionally.
