Golden Concept ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed have an approximate delivery time of 20-25 business days since the product will be imported on demand. Once the product is received in India, We will ship the products within 24hrs. We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays. To give you the best shopping experience, we do not charge any shipping fee for your orders. Please note that there might be delays due to the clearance of customs formalities which will impact the delivery time.


Express Delivery's: Order is shipped immediately in express delivery and will reach on door steps in 2 working days.  

There is no minimum value order requirement on any purchase. The estimated delivery time is approximately 3-4 working days once the order gets shipped from the warehouse. Please make sure to enter your complete and correct address and phone number (Building name, flat no, area/sector, City, Pin code, state, and nearest landmark) to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.

Tracking Packages: We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address once the shipment reached our India's warehouse. In case you do not receive mail from us within 24hrs of order once reached in India's warehouse please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company. Return

Golden Concept India does not provide any returns.

Return is only eligible when the product is damaged or defected but the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Take a picture of the product including the outer packaging. Send in your images to support@goldenconcept.in
It must also be in the original packaging. Customized products, gift cards and discounted Items are exempt from being returned.

Please note that we will not be liable for any scratches or damage to the product during transit to our warehouse. Please take sufficient insurance to cover the value of the product.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged.
