Golden Concept ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed have an approximate delivery time of 7 business days since the product will be imported on demand. Once the product is received in India, We will ship the products within 24hrs. We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays. To give you the best shopping experience, we do not charge any shipping fee for your orders. Return is only eligible when the product is damaged or defected but the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Shipping Policy
At Golden Concept, we are dedicated to providing you with a seamless and luxurious shopping experience. Below are the details of our shipping policy:
1.1 Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
1.2 Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders. Estimated delivery time:10-12 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: ₹5000 flat rate. Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days.
- COD: Cash on delivery is not eligible.
1.3 Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
1.4 Shipping Restrictions
- We deliver to all locations within India. However, there may be some remote areas where delivery might take a bit longer.
- Return Policy
At Golden Concept, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
- Return Eligibility
- Return or exchange is eligible only if the products are delivered to you in a physically damaged condition, has missing parts or accessories or a wrong order has been delivered
- Damaged/ defective items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in its unused, original condition, along with the original invoice/ sale receipt, brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return sent or communicated after the 15-day period or the return of any item which is not in the same condition as when received.
- Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website.
- Items purchased during sale or during discounts/ offers are not eligible for returns.
2.2 Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@brdggroup.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us. It is imperative that your return passes the QC to become eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
2.3 Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 15 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
2.4 Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. It must also be in the original packaging. Customized products and gift cards are exempt from being exchanged.

- A product can only be replaced with another product of equal or higher amount. If you want to change to a product with a higher price, we ask you to return the initial order for a refund and place a separate order with the desired product.

GOLDEN CONCEPT WARRANTY IS VALID FOR ONE (1) YEAR
The products are manufactured to meet our high-quality standards. In addition, the products are also covered by our warranty against any manufacturing defects. To report a warranty issue, please contact customer service at support@brdggroup.com
Note that Golden Concept warranty does not cover:
(A) to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
(B) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
(C) to damage caused by use with a third-party component or product that does not meet the Golden Concept’s Product’s specifications.
(D) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause.
(E) to damage caused by operating the Product outside the user manual, the technical specifications or other published guidelines.
(F) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Golden Concept or an Golden Concept authorized Service Provider (“AASP”).
(G) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Product.
(H) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the Product, or if the phone manufacturer receives information from relevant public authorities that the product has been stolen or if you are unable to deactivate passcode-enabled or other security measures designed to prevent unauthorized access to the Product, and you cannot prove in any way that you are the authorized user of the product (eg. by presenting proof of purchase).
It is important that customers carefully examine the item when they have been received. If your item has been damaged during transport, you must report this as soon as possible to the customer service. If you discover that an item is damaged or does not match the item you ordered, you have to contact customer service within 15 days. Any complaints should be made to our customer service. Please provide us with your order number and the reason for your complaint and we will return with further instructions on returning the product.
If a returned product has no fault, Golden Concept has the right to refuse the refund and charge a fee for transportation costs. If an item is to be replaced, this is done on a product of similar model or design. If a particular product is no longer in stock the customer has the right to be refunded.
